Review: L'oreal Superliner Carbon Gloss

L'oreal Superliner Carbon Gloss is my favourite 'drugstore' eyeliner, I've tried the Collection 2000 liner and found that it rubbed off easily and didn't last most of the day and didn't stay black.

I first read about this eyeliner through blogs and thought I should try it and I love it so much, its so easy to use. I love how long the applicator is on this eyeliner, it makes it so easy to do a fick and the pointed tip means that you can get a nice thin thick. Also with the softness of the applicator you can apply it with various pressure and do a thin or thick line. I also love the blackness of the eyeliner, however it rubs off quite easily if you rub your eye by mistake.

I still find it quite difficult to do eyeliner flicks but with this I find it quite easy and it helps with the application.

Review: MUA Heaven and Earth Palette

This is the MUA Professional Heaven and Earth Palette, it costs £4 from Superdrug or can be purchased online.
When it comes to eyeshadow I prefer a more neutral eye and thought I would purchase this palette. I already own the Naked Palette but thought I would allow myself some choice on a daily basis.

The product is so inexpensive for £4, the quality of the eyeshadow is great and they apply nicely, even though they are a little soft when in the palette. I personally prefer the cream/ light brown shades than the dark browns and would save them for a smokey eye look for a night out or if I wanted to do something a little different on a day-to-day basis.
You can never have too many neutral palettes as they so easy to wear and go with pretty much any outfit and fit all moods. I'd prefer to purchase this palette over the Naked Palette, dare I say it, however much I love it, I just prefer the shades in the MUA palette.

Do you have the MUA palette? What other neutral palettes could you recommend me?

Benefit's New Arrival

I love Benefit products so much, the packaging of the products are so fun and quirky so I was excited when I saw the soon to be released in the UK 'Hervana' Blush

Hervana comes in the new Benefit blusher box and has a magnetic lid that flips up and revelals the gorgeous product inside, a mix of pretty pink colours and a handy mirror which allow for touch ups whilst your on the go during the day. Inside the box there is also a small angled brush which will allow for application of the product to be easier.
(the blush itself)

It's labelled as the 'Good Karma' Face Powder and has four shades to be swirled together including lucky shell (lightest shade), divine peach, heavenly rose and berry delight (darkest shade). When using the blush they are all meant to be swirled together to make a gorgeous 'orchid blossom' shade.

Why Benefit love the product.. 'swirl on this orchid-blossom blush for a heavenly flush of enlightenment! These four shades—lucky shell, divine peach, heavenly rose and berry delight—blend together perfectly to lift your look to cloud 9'.

I can't wait for this product to be released in the UK, I will definately be adding this to my make-up wishlist for 2012.

What are your thoughts on the product? Will you be heading out to purchase 'Hervana'?
