So its Sunday 12th August 2012 which means its the end of the Olympics, I've literally not watched anything else other than them for the past 2 weeks and will be watching my telly this evening ready for the closing ceremony, if its as amazing as the opening ceremony then I may shed a few tears. I'm not sure what I'm even going to watch on TV this week as for the past 2 weeks its been sports, sports and more sports.

It's also a week until I head off to Florida and I'm getting so excited but nervous aswell because I've never been on a long distance flight, the only flight I've ever been on was 45 minutes to Belfast so if you lovelies have any tips or things I should make sure I take then please leave them in the comments below.

The gold postbox is in Sheffield city centre for the amazing Jessica Ennis winning the gold medal in the Heptathlon. She is such an inspiration and it was nice to be able to cheer someone on from my home city. I was so nervous watching but it was a freat thing to see and the whole of the evening last Saturday was pretty special with Team GB winning 3 medals in 45 minutes.

I've woken up this morning and realised that in a weeks time I will be in Florida! How scary. This week will be one of the quickest and most stressful weeks of my life which will be sponsored by lists as I'll make around 1000 of them! I need to pack, weigh, pack, weigh, check, double check and oh my. I'm scared, excited and panicking slightly.

I hope that you lovely lot have been enjoying the Olympics and have been glued to the TV too! 

Have you got any tips of how to pack for Florida? Any places that you recommened to go or things to buy?

p.s. Well done to Team GB for being super duper amazing, especially Mo Farah who is now the double olympic champion, he beat the Cube so it was only right he won both medals. I've become really patriotic this week and just hearing that national anthem sang on numerous occasions by huge crowds makes you just go 'wow'.

Sunday Summary 007

001. I haven't been around for the last week because I have been having a break from life and just not wanting to be on the internet that much. I was also at my relatives house and didn't want to be spending 99.9% of my time on my computer but I have LOADS of new things to blog about including Maybelline Colour Tattoos and finally Real Techniques brushes. Thanks to Boots 3 for 2. Wish they'd have the offer on all year around!

002. I'm so excited to be reliving my childhood tonight and seeing Steps in concert. I hope its good and I don't want them to ruin any of my childhood memories I have of seeing them. So thats something else to look forward to.

003. 3 more weeks left at university and that'll be me done for the summer, weird the fact that I'll then be a third year and this time next year I'll have finished university nearly. Wow how quick time goes by, I've still got 3 assignments to hand in yet so the stress isn't over.

004. Titanic! Yes a random topic but I can't believe its a 100 years today that it sunk. I can't imagine what it would have been like or anything, think we might spend the night once we've back from the concert watching documentaries on it and perhaps even the film. Deffo love Titanic so much.

005. It's my best friends 21st birthday tomorrow and I still can't decide what to get her :/ I've got her a One Direction card which she'll love, I just don't no what present to get her.

Sunday Summary 006

001. What a busy and exciting weekend I've had! I set off to London at 9am Friday morning and get back at 10pm Sunday evening. I had such a great weekend, sight-seeing, shopping, eating, walking, walking, walking, walking and most importantly Jersey Boys. I'd never been to a West End show before and it was amazing, such a great experience and just such a nice weekend.

002. I had a lovely surprise when I got home it was my Benefit Hervana that I'd purchased on Buyapowa last week. I was so excited when I opened it, it was so pretty and lovely and I can't wait to use it as today I've just relaxed and done university work that needs to be done. Eeeeeeek I have such a big list that I need to write to complete.

003. I also want to buy ALL the Real Techniques brushes, I saw them in my local Boots the other and opened the packaging and wow it was the softest thing I have touched brush wise :) any suggestions which one to get first?

I have a few posts planned for this week :)

Sunday Summary 005

001. Happy Monday :)! Yes I know this should have been done on a Sunday but I was busy and didn't get round to doing it.

002. I got One Direction tickets this weekend, yes I am super super super excited and yes I'm 21 but oh well. Louis is my favourite, he's also from South Yorkshire (Doncaster) so he has to be my fave right?

003. I have two days off uni (monday and tuesday) so will sort lots of posts out for this week. This is what I say every week I'm sure of it but I think I'm just lazy and need some sort of 'plan' that will make me do it every single day, or most days. I have 15 followers which isn't alot I know but its nice to know that some people just come and read my blog. So I thank you all.

004. I've got an exciting couple of weekends ahead, this Friday I'm off to London with my best friend for the weekend with will be so good, and we're off to see Jersey Boys aswell. I'm sure we will spend alot of time on Oxford Street aswell as its 0.5 miles away from our hotel ;) Definately going to make the most of this weekend because its not everyday you get given the chance to go away for the weekend in London, to the West End aswell is it?! I'm also off to Belfast for St Patrick's Weekend which will be scary as I've never flown but its all for ice hockey and I'm amazingly excited for this. Also got alot of university things happening which I could mention on this blog as it would allow for you to see what I'm doing.

005. Went on a 'date night' with my boyfriend this week. It was also our 3 year anniversary (we've been together 6 years unofficially) and it was so lovely, we went for food at a little pub in Sheffield city centre and then to the cinema to see The Woman in Black, oh dear such a jumpy jumpy film but the storyline is just brilll! Was weird seeing Daniel Radcliffe as a different character and he wasn't playing Harry Potter, he's definately one of my favourite actors!

Sunday Summary 004

001. Well its Sunday yet again! I missed this last week and have alot of exciting things coming up and that I'd like some of your help on perhaps :) Happy Sunday!

002. I got the most amazing news this week, my best friends grandad has given her a trip to London for the weekend for her 21st birthday. I love London and have always wanted to go there for the weekend at some point, and I've been asked to go with her :) It's Friday- Sunday so we have alot of time there which is great, and the most exciting part of this that on the Saturday night we're going to a West End show to see JERSEY BOYS! I love them so much so I'm really happy its that show. I'm just wondering what do you think are the best attractions to go and look at in the city? We've seen the usual ones before so is there anywhere special we should make a trip to? Can anyone recommend any nice/ cheapish places to eat? I will be so grateful if you can help.

003. It's mine and Danny (my boyfriends) 3 year anniversary this week which is super super super amazing and exciting! I think we're gonna the cinema I think and for food, I think we're going to see The Woman in Black but I've heard its really jumpy and quite scary so I'm abit nervous about that. I don't want to buy him a present I want to make something any ideas as to what?

004. I've been so busy this week it seems and I haven't had time to blog. So I will try my hardest to get into a routine and if I have a day off I'll schedule some posts and do alot so I'm not a bad blogger as I enjoy this so much :)

Sunday Summary 003

001. HAPPY SUNDAY! (even though its monday, when I'm posting this... so HAPPY MONDAY)

002. I have really been MIA (missing in action) this week, I'm so sorry. Things have just taken over and I haven't really had much time to blog. I've been back at university for the first time in 6-7 weeks and it's just taken it out of me, aswell as trying to perfect my CV and apply for work experience placements for the summer to bulk my CV up a little bit. I'm eventually getting there. I love having alot to do in the days it makes you feel like you've done something rather than just sitting around.

003. So SNOW happened this weekend. It's so pretty when it comes down and how everywhere looks but then its such an inconvience and it just looks ugly and dirty when it starts to melt away and get slushy.

004. I've been nursing a bad cold this week, well its probably not bad but in my eyes I'm dying. Its not clearing up earlier because of the cold which makes it even worse. Everything feels so much more effort to do when you've got a cold, its so annoying.

Sunday Summary 002

001 - I've been 'trying' to cut down on my spending lately because I've realised its only January and I need some money for February and March and as I don't have a job I just have to rely on my student loan which sucks alot. I might have to raid my cupboards and wardrobe and find somethings to sell on eBay and hopefully I'll have a few ambassador events on the horizon too.

002 - Yesterday I don't know whether I'm going to regret it or just be happy I purchased the Sigma Travel Kit and Sigma Flat Top Kabuki F80 which came to around £48.50. I really could have done with saving the money but I'm just going to have to suffer with the consequences as in the long run I'm going to get alot of use out of them hopefully.

003 - It seems like I haven't stopped mentioning the fact that this week I decided to turn healthy and go back to the gym. I start university next week so I hope this doesn't affect my motivation and at the end of the day I still have Florida that I'm meant to be saving for and wanting to look my best for.

004 - Went for my weekly dog walk earlier, it started raining and then the mud got worse. Lets just say me and Ruby came back in a little bit of a mess.

Sunday Summary 001

001. I started back at the gym this week, it was really tough but I have Florida to look forward to and as my aim for the motivation to lose weight and tone up. I've been trying to eat healthy but I can't think of many other meals which would allow for more variety in my diet, so if you have any meals or snacks to suggest them please comment them below, I would appreciate this alot.

002. On Saturday I was a student ambassador at Sheffield Hallam for a post-offer invitation day. It was the first one that I had done, I wasn't nervous which was strange and in the end I really enjoyed the day. I met some lovely people including students and students coming to Hallam, fingers crossed. I was more confident that I thought I would be, so I'm happy and excited for more.

003. I've been told to start thinking about my dissertation or applied project for my third year! Yes I know its early but I'd rather have an idea for when I start back at university in September. I'm looking to set up a few work experience placements for myself throughout the summer a few days a week just to get the experience and to learn abit more about the role I want to do when I've finished university. I've learnt in the last few weeks that I just need to grab every opportunity whether it means travelling as I'd love to go travelling, see different cities and places, I'd love to go travelling its just having the funds to do it. I want to go to Thailand for a month. I'm thinking of having a year out after university to work out what I want to do and to learn about how people live and different things. It would be incredible.

004. I'm running out of things to blog about :( I have a few ideas but I'm not sure that they would interest people as not everyone. I thank every single one of you that follows my blog and if you don't please do, I'd appreciate it alot. I know I've only just started out and things are rusty but I'm going to try my best to keep this blog running.

I hope you've all had a great weekend, I'm now gonna settle down in my pjs, get ready for Celebrity Big Brother which I've been enjoying this year and then maybe watch 127 hours after it. 

It's Monday tomorrow :( booo! Another week and I'll be back at university, finally.
